Open My Passes and choose the event. Refund options depend on the organizer policy, event status, and selected ticket terms shown before checkout.
Event cancelled
We review the event status and payment.
Denied entry
Send the event and pass details.
Payment issue
Tell us what was charged and which ticket is missing.
Refund policy
Checkout shows the selected ticket policy, total price, all fees and VAT, and door policy before payment. Paid ticket confirms your booking. Final entry is still at door discretion.
Before payment
Reach support before payment if anything looks wrong.
EU withdrawal timing
When checkout shows Widerrufsbelehrung, you can withdraw within 14 days by contacting support. Contact support before the event begins; after the event has taken place, the withdrawal right ends.
Processing time
Once approved, refund timing depends on the payment provider and bank.
