For the June slash, we are hyped to present an old friend of the club: the ferocious Colombian vinyl spinner RUIZ OSC1 is ready to take the booth for a solid lesson in her distinctive folkloric techno sound. She is supported by Dico Nemus for the closing, and Gavnlig, who is presenting the techno end of her repertoire. Gavnlig will also open the night from 21:30 with the first edition of our new music producer listening and feedback sessions, “All Ears”.

Whipped is a hypnotic techno party where detail, texture, quality, and skill are at the center of attention. This is techno in its most intoxicating form: stripped back, relentless, and finely tuned to keep you hypnotized from the first kick to the final echo.

Within the Whipped concept, we present an international sound, bringing both newer names and old legends to DAS, combined with a strong and blossoming local scene.

𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗽 RUIZ OSC1 [she/her] Gavnlig [she/her] Dico Nemus [he/him]

RUIZ OSC1 Erika Andrea Murcia Ruiz, known artistically as Ruiz OSC1, is a Colombian DJ and producer from Bogotá, celebrated for her refined vinyl technique and genre-defying sound. Her performances have graced some of the world’s most respected venues, including Bassiani, Vent (Tokyo), Basement (New York), RSO, FOLD, and Tresor, alongside appearances at Intercell, Vault Sessions, and showcases for Mutual Rytm and Technics, where she currently serves as an ambassador.

Rooted in a lifelong passion for music, RUIZ OSC1 draws inspiration from her mother — a singer and music reseller — who introduced her to salsa, merengue, and Colombian folklore during her upbringing in the late ’80s and early ’90s. After relocating to Europe in 2010, she began blending these rhythmic traditions with contemporary electronic elements, creating her distinctive sound, which she defines as “folkloric techno”.

Door Policy - Normal Selection: Our door staff will curate the crowd to the extent they find necessary, and they have an increased focus on the vibe and balance of the audience. On these nights we expect anyone who enters to have a basic knowledge about our policy.

𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀‍ The Awareness Team is at the club every weekend, identifiable by their bright green shirts labeled "AWARENESS." You can also reach them by contacting the door staff. Guests must speak with the door staff upon entry to ensure everyone is informed about our code of conduct and policies. Violating these policies can result in immediate eviction without a refund.
