Prison Religion are one of the most uncompromising duos operating at the edges of electronic music today. The Richmond duo of Parker Black and Warren Jones blur the boundaries between club music, noise, rap and hardcore punk, fusing them into a heavy mix of industrial sound and broken rhythms. Their music combines harsh textures with fractured club structures, creating tracks that feel both intense and deeply human. Club music becomes a space for tension, release and exchange — aggressive in sound, yet strangely hopeful, always pushing beyond what the dancefloor is expected to be. At the core of Prison Religion is the live experience: raw, improvised and fully immersive.
